Libson Return Policy

Original Sales Invoice must accompany all returns or refunds.

Items must be returned, unused and in their original, undamaged packing within 14 calendar days of receipt of item.  There will be a return handling fee of 20% on each returned item, unless due to an error of Libson.  Shipping and Handling is not refundable, unless due to error of Libson.

Items will be refunded to original form of payment.

All special-order items may not be returned.

Libson Warranty Statement

All new and rebuilt items are warranted for 12 months/12000 miles from date of purchase, unless noted differently. 

The Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.  Warranty does not extend to commercial users.  There is no refund or replacement for parts sold ‘as-is’.  Implied warranties and merchantability and implied warranties of fitness for a particular use are limited to the same duration as the limited written warranty provided herein.

Your sole and exclusive remedy against Libson Twin City Auto & Truck shall be for the repair, replacement or refund of said defective or malfunctioning item, as provided herein.  The purchaser agrees that no other remedy, including but not limited to, incidental or consequential loss, shall be available to the buyer.  Some states to not allow the exclusion or limitation of the incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

Damages for seller’s breach shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the item.  There is no allowance for labor costs/expenses on individual parts.  All warranties shall be ineffective of merchandise sold hereunder if: improperly installed, damaged during installation, misuses, installed in a non-originally intended application, or returned in a disassembled state without any authorization from Libson.
